With over 100 years of combined experience, we’ve grown into a team of certified experts who value craftsmanship, communication, and doing right by every client. Whether you’re building a showpiece or caring for your vacation property, we’re here to make the process smooth and rewarding.
From Crew Members to Founders
Wayne and Adam didn’t start Yardcreations as business owners. They started as crew members, working side-by-side at another landscaping company. And while they loved the work, they saw firsthand how things could be done better—with more creativity, reliability, and care for both the team and the client.
In 2003, they decided to build something different. Yardcreations was born with a simple mission: do great work, treat people right, and never cut corners.

What started as a small crew has grown into a trusted team of over 25 professionals, certified in irrigation, lighting, fertilization, pesticide application, and more. We’ve served homeowners across Brainerd, Gull Lake, Crosslake, and beyond. Many of our earliest clients are still with us today.
